Requirements

  • Baccalaureate Degree and 2+ years of relevant Human Resources, benefits, compensation, payroll or finance experience OR Advanced Degree
  • Experience with APAC Benefits administration; specifically, India and/or Philippines
  • Fluent in English
  • Agile, with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Workday, Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Benefits administration (Company & Government) for APAC Locations, in line with Local policy and legislation
  • Support the Global Benefits team in the design & delivery of regional benefits programmes; to include gathering information, reporting, data analytics
  • Regional Point of Contact for HR team and Business Leads on Benefits related queries
  • Partner with local stakeholders (TA, Payroll, Finance) to ensure effective and efficient delivery of our Benefits Programmes
  • Co-ordinate employee insured benefit renewals and recommendations with local broker, ensuring information is accurate and timely
  • Support in the implementation of global benefits administration technology
  • Evaluate current programs through research, survey and analysis of benefits trends to ensure plans are competitive and current
  • Review and update employee benefit communications
  • Support with employee leave administration
  • Assist with ensuring internal and external compliance with local legislation, benefit regulations and company policies
  • Deliver an exceptional employee experience by ensuring timely responses
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and enhance current processes
  • Provide support to the Global Compensation team on key areas such as ARP (annual rewards planning) and Allowances
  • Support special projects as required
