Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Economics, or equivalent through experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Payroll
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Familiarity with HR systems like Protime, eBlox, and Workday is a plus
  • Solid understanding of Belgian C&B practices and legal frameworks
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Excel with an ability to manage and analyze data
  • Clear and confident communicator—able to simplify complex topics
  • Discreet, reliable, and service-oriented
  • Collaborative and proactive team player

Responsibilities

  • Manage the administration of fringe benefits such as group insurance, hospitalization insurance, mobility solutions, etc
  • Assist in conducting salary benchmarks and market comparisons
  • Support the development and execution of compensation strategies and budget simulations
  • Support various benefits programs such as the bike lease program, warrants, flex income plan, mobility budget,... and become the first point of contact regarding all operational questions
  • Assist in the yearly salary review and bonus & merit process
  • Monitor changes in social legislation and translate them into HR practices related to compensation & benefits
  • Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate salary processing
  • Participate in various projects related to performance-based rewards, job classification,
  • Report to the Compensation & Benefits Lead and collaborate closely with the Head of Payroll, Compensation & Benefits EU and the payroll team
