  • Experience assisting in branch support, product questions, cross-training, CRM, pipeline management, and onboarding new mortgage lenders
  • Understanding of promoting home ownership through inclusive marketing in minority/diverse regions and organizing outreach to ethnic organizations

Responsibilities

  • Design market outreach programs, education, and activities ready for Land Trust and Housing Finance Agencies (HFA), targeting low to moderate income areas and first-time homebuyers
  • Manage and develop ongoing community campaigns with realtors, builders, financial planners, and other COIs for homebuyer education and product training
  • Maintain a pipeline of CRA and non-CRA business, including AMP Mortgage transactions, state housing, and local down payment assistance programs, while serving all bank clients with mortgage products
  • Develop a business plan including campaigns for prospects, current clients, past clients, and lead lists; identify new community campaign opportunities
  • Analyze reports on pipeline management for compliance reporting to local lenders, tracking CRA activity results, low to moderate income borrower targets, outreach, production, and impact
  • Identify support needs, manage vendor lead distribution, conduct independent research on competitive conditions (focused on CRA and low to moderate income markets), and create ongoing training
  • Assist in branch support for product questions, cross-training programs, CRM, pipeline management, and onboarding new mortgage lenders to meet market penetration goals in low to moderate income communities
  • Promote home ownership through community outreach efforts around the designated branch, including conducting first-time homebuyer classes, hosting booths at non-profit events, and demonstrating inclusive marketing for leads, loans, and relationships
  • Achieve lending origination goals in minority/diverse regions; organize outreach to organizations representing the ethnic makeup of the market area to promote lending and understand needs
  • Work with the compliance department on related activities
