Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global Sourcing strategies for assigned commodities within Indirect Sourcing
  • Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management to ensure optimal value and performance
  • Collaborate with Business Unit stakeholders such as Engineering, Legal, and Finance to align Sourcing strategies with Rockwell's Strategic Framework
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, cost drivers, and supplier capabilities to identify opportunities for innovation and cost reduction
  • Lead should-cost modeling, pricing analysis, and benchmarking to support strategic decision-making and cost optimization
  • Drive supplier negotiations to achieve best-in-class commercial terms, service levels, and long-term value creation
  • Manage supplier performance through KPIs, scorecards, and regular business reviews
  • Drive risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Support make vs. buy decisions, outsourcing strategies, and supplier consolidation initiatives
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts with commodity team, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Achieve year-over-year improvement in total cost, quality, service, and working capital
