Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Pass a background check
Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs
Experience in all Low Slope and Steep Slope Roofing Systems (ideal)
Able to read drawings and spec books to perform take-offs, write estimates and proposals
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Able to communicate with business owners and property managers on a professional level
Construction/roofing industry experience preferred
Experience in commercial roofing (repairs, production, or sales) preferred
Military service is a plus

Responsibilities

Estimate Commercial jobs
Perform take-offs
Write proposals
Communicate with business owners, property managers, consultants or Architects
Work in Edge Estimator
Review all projects with the General Manager
Work overtime as needed to make sure bids get done in a timely fashion
Interpret job specifications and contract drawings and estimate materials needed
Generate and maintain relationships with property managers, general contractors and other local avenues of business
Represent Quality Roofing Services with the highest degree of professionalism, punctuality, and integrity
Provide customers with respect, honesty, and the highest level of customer service
