The ideal candidate should possess experience in managing change requests, verifying and updating background checks (BGV) and visa documentation, maintaining accurate price lists for all suppliers, updating presentations and documents for commercial use, and supervising data captures in SGT and WA systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are also required.
This Commercial Relationship Coordinator will be responsible for updating and documenting change requests, coordinating their implementation, monitoring the effectiveness of changes, ensuring accurate data entry in SGT and WA, assigning and tracking incoming requirements, and validating team workloads to ensure efficient task allocation and completion. They will also collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable pricing and maintain updated price lists, as well as updating presentations and documents for commercial use and uploading them to SharePoint.
