The Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales Agent will focus on new business development through client outreach, including cold calls and industry events, advising clients in achieving their investment real estate goals, preparing property analyses such as Broker Opinions of Value, researching the local market and staying up-to-date on industry trends, marketing exclusive property listings, prospecting new client relationships, negotiating listing agreements and Purchase & Sales Agreements, and participating in training and skills-development workshops.
