Requirements

  • Ability to promptly field and address client service calls and emails
  • Capacity to manage home screen activities using the day of the week schedule with fewer than 25 activities daily
  • Ability to maintain a clean email box (fewer than 25 emails daily, delete sent emails once attached in EPIC, do not store emails in folders)
  • Proficiency in communicating with clients and producers to obtain information for renewals, endorsements, claims, billing, payments, audits, certificates, cancellations, reinstatements, etc., with same-day responses
  • Skill in utilizing resources like Associate Account Manager and Account Coordinator teams to request, obtain, process, and deliver requests
  • Proficiency in EPIC for setting up policy change activities, renewing policies once bound, and documenting activities with coverage communications and attachments per Acrisure standards
  • Expertise in CSR24 for creating, maintaining, renewing master certificate and evidence of insurance templates, pulling/attaching certificate AI forms with specific labeling, and providing renewal instructions
  • Proficiency in Indio for all renewals
  • Ability to welcome new business clients via telephone and email introductions
  • Capability to market renewals, handle placement of rewrites/round outs with complete applications to carriers
  • Experience preparing coverage comparisons, premium allocations, layer diagrams, and high-level documents for large-sized accounts (> $10k revenue) using templates
  • Ability to coordinate marketing strategy with producers 120 days before expiration and provide renewal presentation (including RPC) 30 days before for large accounts
  • Skill in presenting renewals to insured 30 days before expiration for middle-sized accounts
  • Proficiency in binding coverage with carriers, providing subjectivities at bind
  • Ability to complete all tasks in assigned activities and review/manage policy discrepancies
  • Capacity to process and deliver new/renewal policies within 30 days of effective date
  • Skill in connecting with clients to review/identify coverage changes, enhancements, round outs, and referral opportunities
  • Willingness to attend insurance company/vendor meetings, trainings, and functions
  • Ability to setup and maintain documents for Instant Access client portal

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients and producers to obtain information for renewals, endorsements, claims, billing questions, payment arrangements, audits, certificates, cancellations, reinstatements, etc., responding same day
  • Utilize resources (Associate Account Manager and Account Coordinator teams) to request, obtain, process, and deliver requests
  • Set up policy change activities in EPIC
  • Renew policies in EPIC once coverage bound
  • Create, maintain, and renew master certificate and evidence of insurance templates in CSR24; pull and attach certificate AI forms using specific labeling standards; provide renewal certificate instructions to cert team
  • Utilize Indio for all renewals
  • Welcome new business clients to Acrisure via telephone and email introductions
  • Market renewals as needed; handle placement of rewrites/round outs by submitting complete applications to carriers

  • For middle-sized accounts: Present renewal to insured 30 days before expiration
  • Bind coverage with carriers, providing subjectivities at bind
  • Complete all tasks in assigned activities
  • Review and manage discrepancies between issued policies and quotes/proposals
  • Process and deliver new and renewal insurance policies within 30 days of effective date
  • Connect with client to review and identify coverage changes, enhancements, round outs, and referral opportunities
  • Document EPIC activities with all pertinent coverage communications and attach correspondence per Acrisure standards
  • Attend insurance company/vendor meetings, trainings, and functions
  • Setup and maintain documents for Instant Access (client service portal)
  • Coordinate proactive service on renewals, policy delivery, and daily service requests while adhering to policies, workflows, and procedures
