2+ years of experience in commercial solar installation, electrical, or construction (electrical coding strongly desired)
Can physically lift, bend, squat, and haul 50+ lbs
Capable of working in hot climates
Introduction to commercial solar mechanical and electrical principles
Valid Driver’s License and clean MVR required to drive company vehicles
Willingness to travel weeks at a time across the US, 90% of the year (position based out of Austin, TX)

Responsibilities

Work with a team of installers on commercial solar projects (10kW to 1MW systems)
Safely execute quality workmanship and timely completion of work assignments
Ensure proper safety, quality, and attitude per all company policies
Perpetuate the mission, goals, and values of Freedom Solar Power
Assist with other duties as assigned
