Requirements

2+ years of project management experience in the glass and glazing industry (commercial experience preferred; residential experience considered) or similar
Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, contracts, and project delivery
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience working with subcontractors and coordinating across multiple teams
Proficiency with project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and construction-related tools

Responsibilities

Manage multiple commercial glass and glazing projects simultaneously, from contract award to closeout
Oversee budgets, schedules, and project deliverables, ensuring work is completed on time and within scope
Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, general contractors, and clients
Provide leadership and direction to subcontracted labor crews, ensuring safety and quality standards are met
Work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure smooth project execution
Prepare project documentation, change orders, RFIs, and reports
Resolve project challenges proactively and maintain strong client relationships
