Requirements

  • Experience in financial planning & analysis or similar analytical role, ideally within a fast-paced global environment (gaming, tech, or digital industries preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and translate results into meaningful insights
  • Experience using data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Looker (a plus)
  • Advanced Excel skills and financial modelling experience; knowledge of Hyperion or other planning systems (a plus)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate work under tight deadlines
  • Clear and concise communication skills, capable of distilling complex analysis into simple insights for finance colleagues and senior stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration skills, with a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Qualifications in ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or an international equivalent (or working towards one) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Forecasting & Planning: Support the preparation of quarterly forecasts and long-range plans across IAP, Ads, and Marketing. Work on revenue and marketing assumptions in close collaboration with managers and business partners
  • Reporting & Commentary: Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting outputs, including pacing updates, P&Ls, and revenue commentary. Ensure outputs are accurate, timely, and actionable
  • Analytical Deep Dives: Conduct detailed analysis on performance trends, marketing investment returns, and new initiatives. Provide insights that help identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas
  • Scenario Modelling & Investment Appraisal: Build financial models to evaluate marketing campaigns, new initiatives, and alternative scenarios. Help ensure investment cases are robust and data-driven
  • Collaboration & Alignment: Work closely with FP&A Managers, Business Partners, and Finance Data Labs to ensure “one version of the truth” in financial reporting and analysis
  • Process & Tool Development: Contribute to improvements in forecasting tools, automation of reporting, and process efficiency initiatives
