Requirements

Current ADCI Air Supervisor Certification Card
Diploma from an accredited ADCI dive program
3+ years of diving experience
Valid diving physical (fit to dive)
Valid CPR/First Aid card
Valid O2 provider card
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to travel extensively (primarily May-October), including extended deployments, long hours, weekend work, and strenuous fieldwork in inclement weather
Ability to lift 50lb+, work in water conditions, stand, sit, and perform manual labor
Preferred Qualifications
40 hour OSHA HAZWOPER
Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and supervisors
Ability to work independently and manage a team of divers
Experience with boat operations and trailering
Desired Skills
Strong commitment to safety in all diving and field operations
Ability to work effectively within a team of experienced dive supervisors and commercial divers
Proficiency in maintaining and managing diving equipment and work boats
Capacity to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks

Responsibilities

Conduct and manage safe and efficient diving tasks, primarily in rivers with limited visibility, including overseeing biological inspections and general commercial diving maintenance and inspection tasks
Provide topside support for diving operations, including tending, setup/breakdown of equipment, and daily maintenance/housekeeping
Ensure diving equipment is well-maintained and prepared for operations, including routine checks and necessary repairs
Assist in light construction projects and freshwater mussel surveys as part of broader marine services operations
Supervise Commercial Diver field activities
