Student in final semesters
Availability to work Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m
RFC (mandatory)
Microsoft Office proficiency
Excel proficiency

Responsibilities

Send payroll salaries via agreement for the recently closed month to the Taxes and Costs department
Generate payroll account reconciliation files for the new month
Generate and rework payment reports in SAP (includes all payments made in Accounts Payable for the month that affect accounting accounts)
Begin organizing supports for reconciliations and initiate the account reconciliation process
Generate and review GM670 report (basis for analysis of all accounting accounts for the following month)
Prepare reconciliations for payroll accounting accounts
Prepare processing for payment of ATEB invoices for payroll stamping service
