Candidates must be educated to National Standards and possess good verbal, written, and communication skills. They should be IT literate with basic skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook. A self-motivated individual with a flexible approach to work, the ability to follow set processes, and a driving license with their own vehicle are also required.
The Collecting Officer will conduct specimen collections competently following procedures and customer requirements at various locations. They must be available for collections during days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays, and participate in a 24-hour on-call rota, responding within 2 hours. Responsibilities include staying current with processes, acknowledging updates, attending audits, and performing any other reasonable duties as directed by management.
