Candidates must have 5 or more years of experience working within the Higher Education Industry as a Financial Aid Leader and 5 or more years of experience with the Ellucian Colleague Financial Aid module, demonstrating advanced user proficiency. Experience in a consulting capacity focusing on enhancing business processes and creating efficiency is required, along with demonstrated expertise using Colleague to improve and automate business processes within a college or university Financial Aid office. The ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues within the Colleague Financial Aid module, exceptional oral and written communication skills, a proven customer service approach, and solid problem-solving expertise are essential. Experience developing reports in support of various Financial Aid areas utilizing Colleague and the ability to communicate user requirements to the technical support team are also necessary. Candidates must be highly self-directed and able to travel up to 25%. Preferred qualifications include experience managing project-based work, knowledge of how Colleague is used in various institutional types, and the ability to read and write SQL queries.
