The starting wage is $18.00 per hour plus additional shift differential for evenings, nights, and weekends.

The schedule is rotating 4 days on / 4 days off, including holidays, from 6:10 am until 4:10 pm, subject to change based on production needs. The jobsite is a biosecure environment requiring showering, changing clothing and footwear before entry, with company-provided clothing and footwear, and no jewelry allowed.
Applicants with previous agricultural or production experience will be considered preferred.
Key duties include collecting eggs from trap nests and recording numbers (50%), feeding, watering, and weighing birds (10%), cleaning and housekeeping (10%), recording data like egg numbers and bird weights (10%), and monitoring for floor eggs or other tasks like inspecting for diseases (10%).
