Willing to shower, change clothing and footwear before entering the biosecure facility (company provides clothing and footwear)
No jewelry except medical ID; body piercings covered by clothing
Willing to sign agreement to avoid avian species (chickens, ducks, birds, etc.)
Willing to sign and abide by Company Biosecurity and Animal Welfare Guidelines
Willing to wear company-issued facial coverings (essential function; training provided)
Physical ability to regularly lift/move up to 30 pounds and up to 100 pounds at times using safe techniques
Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger/handle/feel objects/tools/controls, reach with hands/arms, balance, stoop, talk/hear, drive vehicle
Specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus
Available for 1st shift: Monday-Friday starting at 5:00 a.m. until job complete (typically 40 hours/week, subject to change including holidays)

Responsibilities

Vaccinate GP Chickens (50%)
Move pullets (40%)
Operate high pressure and regular water hose, maintain foot pans and hand sanitizers, clean and disinfect Cobb vehicles, maintain clean and organized work area (6%)
Move spike males (4%)
