Candidates should possess optimism and hard work with a love for health, fitness, and the [solidcore] workout, a passionate desire to help others become the strongest version of themselves and achieve their goals, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, prior group fitness experience as a plus but not required, outgoing and personable qualities with a desire to build relationships within and outside the [solidcore] community, a team player attitude with a positive outlook, a genuine desire to inspire and motivate others, reliability and professionalism, and comfort with being on a microphone leading a fast-paced class with loud music and high energy.
[solidcore] coaches will lead clients through signature 50-minute classes, educate them on resistance-based machines, empower them to push through workouts, provide support and motivation to clients of varying skill levels, participate in team meetings and events, learn new techniques and best practices, interact with clients and the fitness community, embody the [solidcore] brand and culture, create a welcoming and inclusive fitness space, and be available for a minimum of fifteen hours of weekday availability per week (Mon-Fri) and a minimum of six classes, ~nine hours per week, one full weekend day per week, and at least three holidays per year.

Solidcore offers high-intensity, low-impact resistance training workouts through 50-minute classes that emphasize slow, purposeful movements to engage core muscles. These workouts are designed to be both challenging and safe, reducing the risk of injury while maximizing muscle engagement. Solidcore caters to fitness enthusiasts of all levels, providing both in-studio and online class options. Clients can book classes individually or purchase memberships for multiple sessions, and the company also offers corporate packages and gift cards. Solidcore generates revenue through class bookings, memberships, and merchandise sales, aiming to make its services accessible to a wide audience while ensuring steady growth in the health and wellness market.
