Requirements

  • Enrolled in a university and currently completing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain or similar program
  • Bilingualism is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Keep all Work Instructions pertaining to the role and department up to date
  • Work on creating a Knowledge-book for Intern Role
  • Monitor Order Entry system (ECC) performance to ensure tracing issues are dealt with promptly and effectively as assigned by Team Leader for Abbott Diagnostics, Abbott Molecular, and Point of Care
  • Assist with system enhancements for all divisions that the department supports
  • Support managing and coordinating shipments and logistics
  • Support accounts or divisions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Perform and back up some Customer Service Rep duties and responsibilities
  • Assist with Swap-outs for Abbott Diabetes Care
  • Provide GHX Support
  • Complete project work as assigned
  • Create daily reports
  • Handle Supply Chain document storage
  • Assist the Team Leader, Customer Service, and Supply Chain as needed
