Cloud Engineer / Cloud Architect

Position Overview

Experian is seeking a dynamic Cloud Engineer / Cloud Architect to help develop and scale cloud-native solutions for our next-generation products. Reporting to Experian Health, you will collaborate across development, DevOps, and architecture teams to create scalable platforms that support experimentation, rapid iteration, and long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership on architectural decisions, technical documentation, and best practices related to innovation-based cloud development.
• Design and implement cloud-native application architectures using AWS services and modern development practices.
• Develop scalable APIs that integrate machine learning models and data-driven services.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams to deliver solutions from concept to production.
• Develop infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines to support rapid, reliable deployments.
• Ensure system reliability, observability, and performance through automation and monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software architecture or 10+ years in software development, with a focus on designing and implementing cloud-native applications and microservices.
• 5+ years of experience with .NET development, modern architectural patterns, DevOps, and Cloud Architecture.
• 3+ years of experience with AWS services, including compute, storage, and serverless technologies.
• 3+ years of experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
• 3+ years of experience with data architecture for both relational and non-relational databases.
• 3+ years of experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and modeling tools.
• AWS Solutions Architect certification.

Compensation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is provided separately. Individual pay is determined by factors such as work location, job-related skills, experience, and education. This position is also eligible for variable pay opportunities.
