Requirements

At least 5 years of professional software development experience
Strong foundation in full SDLC for serverless applications in cloud environments (AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions, or Azure Functions)
Demonstrable capability with writing complex SQL (SQL Server, Postgres, BigQuery or similar) in event-driven architecture with messaging tools (Pub/Sub, Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar), HTTP triggers, and webhooks
Proficient in developing serverless applications in Javascript/Node.js
Familiarity with development in cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
Experience with full SDLC including CI/CD pipelines
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience with TypeScript
Experience with Python
Experience with data pipeline orchestration such as Airflow

Responsibilities

Build, test, and deploy serverless applications in cloud environment to support web functionalities
Ensure comprehensive unit test coverage for all developed software
Work closely with product teams to understand and implement requirements
Contribute to the improvement of the development process and best practices
Stay updated with new technologies and frameworks that can improve systems and processes
Develop and enhance process monitoring, reporting, and dashboards to improve system performance and reliability
