A Master’s degree (MA/MS) in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, or Social Work (or equivalent) is required, with MD, DO, or PhD preferred. Candidates need 3+ years administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales, and structured clinical interviews, 3+ years of clinical experience with psychiatric populations, and 3+ years administering scales in clinical research trials.
Fluency in English and native-level proficiency in Punjabi are required.
The role is part-time with an estimated 10–16 hours per month.
Strong candidates will have a relevant Master’s degree or higher, at least 3 years of experience in psychiatric assessments and clinical trials with psychiatric populations, native Punjabi proficiency, and excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
