Capability to provide irregular training on inclusion/exclusion criteria in clinical studies to research teams, and training for new researchers when necessary

Proficiency in on-site identification of patient screening processes and enrollment pathways, collaborating with relevant departments to enhance center awareness of protocols to increase enrollment potential
Competence as a liaison for clinical studies to efficiently resolve issues and provide feedback to sponsors, clinical research managers, and CRO/ARO on trial matters
Ability to feedback issues in study execution to project management teams
Skills in providing research teams with the latest recruitment information from project progress reports
Capacity to provide accurate and timely visit reports

Responsibilities
