Requirements

Candidates should possess a High School diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Relevant formal academic or vocational qualification and 0-1 year of comparable experience are necessary. Demonstrated ability to work independently or in a team, strong organizational skills with attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are essential. Proficiency in analyzing project data, strong customer focus, flexibility to reprioritize workloads, and a good working knowledge of applicable country regulations, ICH Good Clinical Practices, and organizational SOPs are required. Candidates must have good English language and grammar skills, proficient local language skills as needed, and strong computer skills, including MS Office and clinical trial database systems. Successful completion of the organization's clinical training program is mandatory, along with self-motivation, a positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, effective oral and written communication, essential judgment and decision-making skills, the ability to follow work instructions accurately, good negotiation skills, independent thinking, and the capability to manage and escalate risks.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Trial Coordinator will provide administrative and technical support to the Project Team, ensuring audit readiness by reviewing files according to SOPs and department guidance. They will offer administrative support for site activation activities and aid in developing the critical path for rapid site activations. This role involves representing CRG personnel, utilizing local knowledge and organizational systems to develop and review site lists for feasibility activities, and providing local input into the site tiering process. Additionally, the coordinator may act as a buddy during onboarding and provide training to new staff.
