Experience supporting clinical studies in areas such as data coordination, document coordination, or related tasks

Responsibilities

Perform Functional Testing and User Acceptance Testing for Clinical Study databases and Reports, such as in Medidata Rave
Support clinical studies by executing and maintaining areas including data coordination
Actively participate in the development and testing of case report forms, study reports, and study databases based on protocol requirements
Ensure timely and quality completion of data forms, verify study data, and generate, manage, and resolve data discrepancies
Process compensation and identify and resolve compensation discrepancies
Handle document coordination by creating and managing clinical study files and overseeing the organization and distribution of clinical study documents
Assist with periodic audits of clinical study files for completeness and accuracy
Provide assistance and training to lower level employees
Perform a wide variety of non-routine clerical and administrative tasks and support special projects or assignments
Make minor changes in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness
Independently propose solutions to problems for manager review
Communicate with internal and external contacts to obtain and provide information on matters of moderate importance
Provide guidance, coaching, and training to other employees within the job area
