Requirements

  • High School Diploma PLUS a minimum 6 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales or work experience utilizing complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, or computer programming
  • Reside within the assigned territory (Salt Lake City region)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to be within assigned territory each day
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and occasionally weeknights as scheduled
  • Successfully complete CRM Field Technical Training (online and field-based), including post sign-off requirements for technical, implant, on-call, and troubleshooting support

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support: Perform checks/interrogations of CRM medical device systems post sign-off, support implants of all CRM products post sign-off, provide on-call support evenings/weekends post sign-off, and troubleshoot as requested
  • Provide operational support: Assure completion of patient registration and hospital documentation, manage consignment and trunk inventory, provide additional inventory support, maintain software on programmers, and assist with daily coverage logistics
  • Provide educational support: Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on products/solutions post sign-off training; assist with training new Clinical Specialists and Sales Representatives post sign-off
  • Provide sales support: Partner with DSM, Sales Reps, and DM to learn market dynamics and customer needs; assist with obtaining customer POs; understand competitive landscape; independently identify customer needs/opportunities and provide feedback to support sales objectives
  • Ongoing technical development: Stay up to date on new products, solutions, and patient management offerings; complete all assigned training timely; perform other related duties as assigned
