Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field, along with at least 8 years of experience in clinical operations, preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology setting. Strong technical skills, particularly with software solutions and configuration, are required, as is the ability to analyze customer requirements and design solutions. Fluency in English is essential, and strong communication and presentation skills are needed for effective collaboration with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

As a Clinical Senior Consultant, you will analyze customer requirements and support solution design and architecture for Vault Clinical systems, such as eTMF, CTMS, SSU, Payments, and more. You will think critically about business requirements to advise and design solutions for customer success, working with customers to ensure alignment of processes and system functionality. You will collaborate with customers on system design workstreams, troubleshoot issues, perform configuration changes, and define customer deployment plans. Additionally, you will contribute to system design, define key performance indicators, and work closely with product management to communicate customer needs and meet industry evolving requirements.
