Requirements

  • BA/BS in a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years professional project management experience
  • Ability to work in-office 1-2 days per week at OH-COLUMBUS, 8940 LYRA DR, STE 300 (or alternate Ohio office within commuting distance)
  • Availability for travel within the state of Ohio as needed
  • Ability to work first shift from 8:00 am-5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities

  • Manage the development of a prescribed planning document
  • Develop project charter
  • Partner with sponsors to secure project approval
  • Lead interactions with regulators or oversight entities
  • Develop communication management plan
  • Define project team roles and responsibilities, develop work plan structure and project schedule
  • Develop deployment plan
  • Lead project meetings
  • Identify, document and prioritize scope changes and facilitate approval process
  • Maintain and update all project documents and maintain effective documentation of research programs to meet regulatory and Accreditation Standards
  • Secure the appropriate skill sets for project
  • Set and manage expectations with resource managers and team members
  • Provide performance feedback to team members and resource managers
  • Maintain issue log and facilitate resolution of issues
  • Execute communication plans and regularly report status
  • Manage and monitor ROI throughout the project lifecycle
  • Track and manage time and budget against plan
  • Develop testing strategy
  • Conduct project close-out activities and prepare and participate in quality review checkpoints
  • Obtain/secure and archive necessary approvals
  • Manage and update project plan
  • Assist with compliance of Quality Improvement (QI) work plans and projects
  • Support health plan in maintaining effective documentation to meet regulatory and Accreditation Standards
  • Conduct accurate and complete quantitative analysis of clinical data and presentation of results
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate gap closer initiatives
  • Monitor and develop opportunities to increase Stars ratings
  • Monitor population health trends
  • Lead multi-functional teams through quality improvement projects to increase health outcomes for special populations
  • Improve health plan ratings and close HEDIS measures
