Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Professional Project Management certification (preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Clinical Project Management in industry/CRO/business, with experience in clinical drug development and/or clinical operations (clinical R&D experience preferred)
  • Prior experience leading cross-functional global teams
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict and influence teams without direct authority
  • Successful experience in planning and management of governance bodies (preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Project (required)

Responsibilities

  • Lead global cross-functional project team delivery, accountable for achievement of milestones and quality of contracted scope
  • Serve as the primary contact with the customer for progress and governance
  • Develop study management plans and ensure consistent use of study tools, training materials and compliance with standard processes, policies and procedures
  • Anticipate risk and implement mitigation strategies
  • Manage study team assignments, accountability and resource requirements
  • Ensure the study budget is managed proactively including scope changes and financial systems are accurate
  • Own study and/or program level timelines and planning
  • Liaise directly between IQVIA/sponsor functions and the customer, acting as the accountable point for delivery and quality whilst maintaining financial control
  • Manage cross-functional teams across the global organization
