Requirements

This Clinical Operations Specialist (LPN) position requires a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in Massachusetts with at least 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, comfort with a flexible schedule, and experience in telemedicine. Familiarity with Epic EMR and Salesforce is a plus, along with strong organizational, detail-oriented, and adaptable skills.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Operations Specialist (LPN) will optimize and develop clinical workflows, monitor and analyze incoming lab results, collaborate with external vendors, monitor clinic phone lines, prepare prior authorization requests, efficiently process EMR requests, and perform additional clinical and administrative duties as needed, including on-call shifts monitoring the Critical Lab Phone Line.
