Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Life Sciences, Operations, Business, or related field
  • 3–7 years in clinical operations PMO, process excellence, or business analysis within CRO/pharma
  • Proven experience in process mapping (e.g., BPMN), KPI design, and stakeholder facilitation

Responsibilities

  • Map current (as-is) and future (to-be) feasibility processes; maintain RACI, SOP/Work Instruction links, and change logs
  • Define and track feasibility KPIs (e.g., cycle time to country/site selection, forecast accuracy, survey turnaround)
  • Analyze benchmark trial metrics, MVA outputs, site outreach responses, and regulatory changes to identify bottlenecks
  • Propose process improvements and support change management and adoption across geographies
  • Prepare clear process narratives, visual flows, and executive summaries for cross-functional stakeholders
