Active practice
Board certification in Clinical Neuropsychology
Experience and expertise in analyzing the application of CPT codes in combination with usual and customary rates and state fee schedules, in addition to clinical expertise
Counter-affidavit/testimony/deposition work experience preferred

Responsibilities

Accept cases on a contract basis as individual schedule permits
Review all medical records
Complete the counter-affidavit process addressing each question, all clinical concerns, and any charges/fee concerns based on expertise as a clinician and standards/norms in Texas practice
Provide copies of any criteria utilized in a review with the report in a timely manner
Return cases on or before the due date and time specified
Perform other duties as assigned, including addressing necessary clarifications, providing addenda as required (with additional compensation), and identifying/responding to client questions as necessary
