Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or Shipping with 2+ years of relevant experience, or an associate degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in US Import & Export regulations, preferably within medical device or pharmaceutical industries
  • Demonstrated understanding of ERP systems (preferably Axapta)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, for example, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Team player with self-driven spirit, adaptable, and open to change, with the courage to challenge and improve existing processes
  • Ability to travel – Up to 10% travel, overnight, within territory or locations
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 40lb

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the US logistics hub responsible for Radiometer, one of the DHR Diagnostics OpCos
  • Contribute to the establishment of inventory and logistics management process
  • Manage clinical material inventory in the ERP system (Axapta 2.5), including goods receipt, distribution, and scrapping due to temperature excursions and expiration
  • Collaborate with a global team in the EU and US to ensure on-time deliveries aligned with Clinical study requirements
  • Support additional purchasing & logistics-related tasks as needed for the other Danaher Diagnostics OpCos
  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end movement of clinical study materials to ensure compliant, timely, and cost-effective delivery to US study sites
