Clinical Data Reporter - Women's Health
Position Overview
Natera is seeking a Clinical Data Reporter to join the operations Reporting team. The primary duties involve reviewing test reports for accuracy of patient demographics, clinic information, and regulatory compliance in case-files. This role combines aspects of data entry and customer service.

Primary Responsibilities
- Review test reports for accuracy of patient and test information, and issue reports to clinics via the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
- Accurately document and update patient accounts with all received information and actions taken.
- Communicate electronically with Customer Care Specialists, Inside Sales Specialists, Clinical Laboratory Scientists, Genetic Counselors, and Engineering to gather required information.
- Respond to emails in a timely, friendly, and professional manner to foster positive inter-departmental relationships.
- Escalate unresolvable issues to the Clinical Data Reporting Team Lead or other designated resources.
- Participate in updating departmental standard operating procedures and databases to reflect current practices.
- Assist with mentoring and training new employees.
- Assist with resolving issues and escalations.
- Check for data accuracy, completeness, and documentation of each case.
- Send end-of-day reports.
- Perform other tasks as specified by the Manager/Supervisor/Leads.
- Regularly work with Protected Health Information (PHI) in both paper and electronic forms, accessing various technologies to do so.
- Complete mandatory training relating to HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance, and security within the first 30 days of hire.
- Maintain current status on Natera training requirements.
Qualifications
- High School diploma required.
- BS/BA degree (preferred).
- Previous computer experience required.
- Previous data entry experience preferred.

- Flexibility in work time and shift, as schedules may be modified to meet operational requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic typing skills with excellence in spelling and grammar.
- Knowledge of numeric, oral, and written language applications.
