Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Behavioral Health, Mental Health, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
  • Must hold an independent active, unrestricted behavioral health license in state of residence
  • Minimum 3 years of post-master’s clinical experience in settings such as hospitals, outpatient clinics, or community-based care
  • Preferred: Experience in crisis intervention, care management, discharge planning, or managed care environments
  • Comfortable using multiple monitors and systems simultaneously
  • Able to talk and type at the same time while managing multiple tasks
  • Skilled in basic computer troubleshooting and setup
  • Experience with electronic documentation and virtual collaboration tools

Responsibilities

  • Conduct holistic assessments to identify member needs and eligibility
  • Develop and monitor individualized care plans in collaboration with members and providers
  • Perform crisis interventions and ensure timely follow-up care
  • Coordinate services across behavioral, physical, and psychosocial domains
  • Apply clinical guidelines and case management best practices to ensure quality, cost-effective care
  • Use motivational interviewing to engage members and promote healthy lifestyle changes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to overcome barriers and drive optimal outcomes
