Requirements

Candidates must be a BACP registered (or equivalent) counsellor, possessing a strong understanding of mental health principles and practices. They should have experience working with a wide range of presenting issues and severity levels, and be capable of managing safeguarding and risk cases effectively. The role requires the ability to quickly assess clinical needs and implement clinically appropriate treatment plans, as well as monitoring and case managing a caseload.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Case Manager will provide the first point of contact for service users accessing Lyra Workplace Mental Health service via the helpline or online chat, offering immediate support and psychoeducation. They will conduct robust risk assessments, implement risk management plans, and identify appropriate support and services for service users, including referrals to therapy or other resources. The role involves managing a caseload, delivering video-based therapy sessions, and collaborating with other global clinical teams to provide overarching case management services, whilst working in a fast-paced, agile environment and supporting the growing team and service development.
