Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Science or Engineering
  • Passion for improving cardiovascular care, particularly in electrophysiology, heart recovery, stroke, heart failure, and atrial fibrillation
  • Ability to provide expert clinical and technical support, troubleshooting, and training
  • Knowledge of company's systems, catheter equipment, BWI products, CARTO® modules, instructions for use, best practices, technical troubleshooting, scientific clinical literature, and new product information
  • Understanding of competitors' market strategy
  • Strong customer relationship-building skills with Physicians, Nurses, Technicians, Clinical and Hospital Administrators, Purchase Department, and staff
  • Efficient planning, scheduling, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Ability to deliver business results, take initiative, persevere through challenges, prioritize requests, maintain composure, and problem-solve in high-stress environments
  • Consultative selling techniques and ability to identify sales opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert clinical and technical support, troubleshooting, and training to Physicians, Electrophysiology Lab Staff, Technicians, and Nurses on company's systems and catheter equipment
  • Educate customers on BWI products through technical and clinical information and in-service trainings to optimize usage
  • Ensure effective servicing and functioning of products (maintenance, troubleshooting, software/hardware upgrades, connectivity) with the Equipment Division Team
  • Create awareness of solutions, support sales presentations, and introduce new technology/products to key opinion leaders and Hospital Staff
  • Advance BWI business goals and customer loyalty during procedures
  • Train BWI personnel on use of BWI products for EP ablation cases and CARTO® modules
  • Engage in diagnostic dialogue with internal/external partners and stakeholders to formulate solutions
  • Conduct strategic product conversations and high-level clinical discussions with customers/HCPs to drive utilization and loyalty
  • Model best practice consultative selling techniques and collaborate with peers to share best practices
  • Maximize customer case support through efficient planning/scheduling, driving collaboration and open communication
  • Stay current on company products, best practices, troubleshooting, literature, and new information
  • Develop customer relationships within and beyond the lab
