Position Overview

EvenUp is a rapidly growing generative AI startup dedicated to leveling the playing field for personal injury victims. Our innovative products assist law firms in securing faster settlements, higher payouts, and improved outcomes for clients in various cases, including motor vehicle accidents and child abuse. We are seeking a motivated Account Executive in Minnesota to execute and refine our sales playbook, from lead generation to closing deals. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, takes ownership of their pipeline and results, and is eager to contribute to a mission-driven company. EvenUp is committed to the professional development and enablement of its sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: Manage the entire sales process from initial lead generation through to closing deals.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Conduct 30 cold calls daily with the objective of generating 3 self-sourced meetings per week.
  • In-Person Engagement: Spend 1-3 days per week meeting prospects face-to-face, building relationships, and demonstrating the value of our product.
  • Event Representation: Travel to industry events and conferences to connect with key decision-makers in law firms and close business.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Maintain consistent communication with other cross-functional team members.

Requirements

  • Sales Experience: Demonstrated experience managing an end-to-end sales process, preferably within B2B SaaS.
  • Performance Track Record: Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Organizational Skills: Solid organizational abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work Ethic: Self-driven and results-oriented.
  • Teamwork: Ability to function as a team player with a competitive spirit.
  • Data Management: Commitment to maintaining data hygiene and effectively utilizing available tools and resources.
