Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license in the state of practice (Upon Hire)
Visual acuity adequate to perform position duties

Responsibilities

Manage, supervise, and coordinate day-to-day operations of the clinic, including financial management, operating budget maintenance, expense management, staffing, and services
Collect data, prepare reports, analyze statistics, answer correspondence, identify and resolve operational problems, or escalate to leadership
Assist leadership with preparation, implementation, and monitoring of budgets and business plans; recommend facility improvements, construction, renovation, and equipment purchases
Ensure clinic operations support the organization's mission, values, and philosophies
Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and accrediting bodies; initiate changes as appropriate
Maintain open, professional communication with providers daily and involve them in relevant issues
Coordinate with leadership to monitor medical activities for cost-effective, high-quality patient care; ensure proper credentialing and licensure
Administer staffing plans for efficient, cost-effective operations
Resolve medical-administrative problems, maintain open communication with staff for high morale and professional atmosphere
Perform nursing services as needed, consistent with accepted nursing standards
Interview, hire, develop, train, retain employees; plan, assign, lead work; appraise performance; reward and coach employees; address complaints and resolve problems
Provide nursing service on an as-needed basis to meet clinic needs
