Responsibilities

The Clinic Director will manage their own caseload, driving high-quality care and strong outcomes for clients, conduct behavior assessments, facilitate behavior programs based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, provide quality leadership and clinical supervision to BCBAs and RBTs, partner with senior leaders to develop and improve clinical programming, facilitate parent training and support families, collaborate with intake and scheduling departments, participate in hiring and onboarding, verify continuing education, promote KBH's values, manage daily clinic operations, oversee clinic growth and related services, serve as a liaison between the organization and various stakeholders, and proactively address potential issues.
