Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences
  • Proactively engage with clients, offering assistance and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction
  • Create and maintain client preference profile book for personalized service points
  • Execute surprise and delight programming to help mold office culture
  • Act as the central point of contact for clients, managing requests and coordinating services efficiently
  • Monitor and maintain client service requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
  • Provide information on local amenities, restaurants, transportation, and other services
  • Assist with arranging transportation and accommodation for clients when necessary
  • Facilitate restaurant reservations, transportation services, and local experiences tailored to clients' preferences
  • Coordinate catering services for client meetings and events, ensuring high level of service and presentation
  • Assist in planning and executing special events, including setup, decorations, and guest management
  • Perform regular floor walks to ensure floor supports are well-stocked and common areas are clean and orderly
  • Ensure printers are functioning, stocked with paper, and unclaimed print jobs are secured or discarded per policy
  • Ensure common areas are neat, organized, and welcoming, including reception and client lounges
  • Monitor and restock supplies such as beverages and reading materials, maintaining ambiance
  • Hand deliver office supplies to client desks
  • Provide support for document scanning
  • Solicit and gather feedback from clients to improve services
  • Analyze feedback data to implement improvements and enhance client satisfaction
  • Be familiar with emergency procedures and guide clients/guests in emergencies
  • Act as a point of contact in emergency situations, ensuring clients' safety and well-being
