Responsibilities

Educate clients by providing comprehensive information about the Beyond Finance financial hardship debt program, ensuring they understand the benefits, process, and available options
Empathize and deescalate upset clients using active listening skills to address concerns and alleviate stress regarding their financial situation
Navigate CRM system to access and comprehend client information, including financial status and program progress, and maintain accurate records of all interactions
Analyze the client's current financial situation and determine the most appropriate options to help them become debt-free
Retain clients by collaborating to develop customized solutions aligned with their financial goals and encouraging them to remain in the program
Achieve retention goals and earn commissions by enabling clients to meet their financial objectives
Provide best-in-class customer service over the phone and through various communication tools, responding to requests and anticipating unstated needs
