Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate client trade instructions into and out of pooled funds, ensuring timely, accurate order placements aligned with client directives
  • Provide client support for BlackRock’s web-based trading portals, maintaining consistency and precision in execution
  • Implement changes to advance the Aladdin platform, including testing processing and technology improvements to optimize the operational platform
  • Forge collaborative relationships with BlackRock's strategic partners and clients
  • Deliver superior client experience via query management and client onboarding
  • Actively handle operational risk by identifying potential issues, leading mitigation efforts, and promptly addressing risk and service concerns
  • Drive strategic operational change to mitigate risk or enhance scalability across processes and systems
  • Promote continuous skill development for yourself and your team
