Requirements

  • 1-3 years’ experience (desired but not required) working within a financial services platform, with private assets experience a plus
  • General knowledge of private investments
  • Strong background in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Minimum of three days per week in the Oaks, PA office

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver quarterly investor reports for the various private asset vehicles
  • Monitor existing portfolio, including quarterly/annual statements, capital account summaries, performance updates, fee transparency, and capital activity notices
  • Support ad-hoc client and manager requests including performance analysis, portfolio composition, and ESG/impact metrics
  • Review and manage data within in-house portfolio monitoring system for completeness, consistency, and quality
  • Manage performance figures, models, and external data sources used to create client reporting
  • Contribute to ad hoc client data requests
  • Creation of materials for client and prospect meetings
