Requirements

  • Payment industry, digital payments or payment processing experience preferred
  • Strategic and analytical thinking with a strong attention to detail that leverages multiple sources of information
  • Able to understand and start to disaggregate problem statement into distinct pieces of analysis
  • Use and adapt templates for unique client scenarios, optimizing structure to demonstrate and articulate key messages
  • Ability to execute quantitative & qualitative analysis with some guidance
  • Basic takeaways from the data + starting to craft storyline; ensure data quality + leverage data to support decision-making in project management
  • Strong team player with a willingness to collaborate across levels and functional experts
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to adapt
  • Proficient and ideally a power-user of spreadsheet and presentation tools
  • An interest in learning advanced analytics tools (SAS, R, Tableau, etc.)
  • An interest in payments, financial institutions or consumer lending a plus
  • An affinity for payments technology, FinTech and digital
  • Fluency in Bulgarian and English, other language is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support a team of experienced professionals in delivering strategic consulting services to key Visa clients
  • Complete detailed analysis on client data and identify preliminary trends and themes in the data with some guidance
  • Conduct market research and data analysis to identify insights in the payment industry
  • Support the development of client-specific presentations by adapting templates for unique client scenarios and needs
  • Support senior consultants in developing and delivering high-quality advisory solutions to clients, such as business strategy, product development & pricing, customer segmentation and customer experience improvement
