Responsibilities

Lead projects contributing to key business initiatives across Pharma, Vision Care, and Surgical functions in roles such as marketing, commercial operations, and/or surgical analysis
For Commercial Operations: Develop knowledge of Salesforce.com Einstein 1 and Alcon's implementation roadmap; collaborate with US Commercial Business Partners to identify challenges, opportunities for enhancing sales execution and commercial operations, and future innovation prospects
For Vision Care Key Account & Practice Solutions: Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and implement process improvements, enhance communication strategies, and support key account planning; work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to support integrated initiatives, analyze performance metrics, and contribute to high-visibility presentations and proposals for leadership
For Vision Care OTC Marketing: Conduct in-depth analysis of untapped consumer segments in the OTC dry eye drop category; develop go-to-market strategy to drive Systane brand conversion using consumer insights and market dynamics; deliver tactical execution plan and creative brief for campaign development
For Pharmaceutical Marketing: Support the U.S. Pharmaceutical Marketing Team in developing and executing strategic initiatives for glaucoma and dry eye portfolio, including market strategy, KPI analysis, and marketing program development; apply MBA-level skills to synthesize insights and deliver a comprehensive brand strategy presentation to leadership with data-driven recommendations and proposed marketing materials
Participate in leadership meetings, receive mentoring, engage in professional growth programming, and network across the Commercial organization
