Responsibilities

Manage receipt of new investigation assignments and pending inventory (60-100 assignments), including initial review
Make outbound calls to Outside Insurance Carriers (OICs) to gather and document information on claim files as directed by REPO Plus Claims Adjuster or Analyst
Ask follow-up questions of OICs based on information gathered and perform timely follow-ups on unsuccessful initial contacts
Meet individual QA targets and Production targets set by REPO Plus management
Make outbound calls to report New Claims to OICs as directed, document outcomes, and meet departmental cycle time metrics, QA targets, and Production targets
Make outbound calls to OICs to gather coverage information relative to specific vehicles or borrowers as directed, document outcomes, and meet departmental cycle time metrics, QA targets, and Production targets
Review condition reports submitted by lender clients for damaged collateral, identify those with damage for next stage processing, and meet individual QA targets and Production targets
