  • Enter medical claims into the claims system
  • Reprice claims received from providers
  • Look up claims status and generate EOBs
  • Maintain Claims inbox to support Provider/Member needs
  • File electronic and paper documents
  • Provide general office support when needed
  • Maintain Claims processing daily quota
  • Have strict attention to detail in catching errors and inconsistencies
