Responsibilities

Answer provider/member claims incoming calls
Manage provider/member data
Ensure appropriate measures are taken to resolve provider/member challenges
Keep records of client interactions
Attend to the needs of providers/members and seek ways to add value
Enter medical claims into the claims system
Reprice claims received from providers
Look up claims status and generate EOBs
Maintain Claims inbox to support Provider/Member needs
File electronic and paper documents
Provide general office support when needed
Maintain Claims processing daily quota
Have strict attention to detail in catching errors and inconsistencies
