A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is required, or 0-5 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination. Personal lines adjusting experience is preferred.

Candidates need to be detail oriented, able to work in a team environment, flexible, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, customer service oriented, highly organized, and efficient. Advanced Microsoft Office skills and the ability to learn multiple software applications are also required.

Yes, a TX Adjuster License is required.
