Candidates need a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering or related field, 3+ years in semiconductor test engineering with ATE systems like Advantest V93000 (Verigy 93K), proficiency in test program development and optimization, understanding of digital/analog/mixed-signal test methodologies, and familiarity with data analysis tools like JMP, Python, or Excel.
